Q: What do I need to book a cruise?
A: A deposit of ,000 upon signing the contract is required to guarantee the date. The full balance is payable 10 days prior to your scheduled cruise.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you decide to cancel more than 150 days before your scheduled cruise date, the deposit will be refunded; between 150-120 we will keep the deposit; less then 120 days the client becomes responsible for the full amount of the charter fee.
Q: What if it rains?
A:
We sail whether it rains or shines. In case of the rain, the top and main deck of each ship can be fully enclosed and weather protected. In an emergency situation the ship can be returned to port. We would never to put our passengers at risk.
Q: What is the maximum capacity of the boats?
A: The Stella Borealis has a capacity of
284 passengers and the Aurora Borealis has a capacity of 200

Q: What time of the year do you operate?
A: We operate April through October, seven days a week.
Q: Where do your boats cruise?
A: We cruise in Toronto Harbour, lagoons of the Toronto Islands and in nearby Lake Ontario.
Q: Can I bring my own caterer?
A: Yes. You can bring your own caterer.
Q: Can I bring my own liquor?
A:
The ships are LLBO licensed. Therefore all liquor served on board must be purchased through our license. We carry selections of domestic and imported wines. If you wish to have a special wine to be available at the bar during your cruise, we will order it for you. Inquire about BYOW.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Our boats are fully insured. Proof of insurance can be provided at your request.
Q: What kind of lifesaving equipment your boats have?
A:
Each boat has a full complement of adult and children's life jackets, life rafts, fire-fighting equipment, and motorized tender.

Q: Can you stop at the Centre Island?
A: Yes. It can be arranged by a special request. Additional docking fees will be charged.
Q: Can you pick up passengers from another dock?

Yes. The client will be charged for a traveling time to and from your pick up location and any docking charges.
Q: Are your boats wheelchair accessible?
A:
Unfortunately, there is certain limitation for wheelchair access due to ships' designs as per Transport Canada regulations.
Q: Do you have any recommendations on how to dress?
A: All areas on the boats are carpeted. We do recommend wearing flat sole shoes for your safety and comfort. On a cool evening, a light jacket or shawl is suggested.
