Attire
All areas on the boats are carpeted. We do recommend wearing flat sole shoes for your safety and comfort. On a cool evening, a light jacket or shawl is suggested.

Bar Service
The Stella Borealis is fully AGCO licensed. All alcohol served on board must be purchased from us, either on board with cash or major credit cards, or paid for in advance. Capacity
The Stella Borealis is licensed for upto 280 guests plus crew and hospitality staff.

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel more than 150 days before your scheduled cruise date, the deposit may be refunded; between 150-120 we will keep the deposit; less then 120 days the client becomes responsible for the full amount of the charter fee including menu, bar and other revenues as applicable.

Children
Children are welcome.

The Stella Borealis is certified by the Canadian Coast Guard.

Cruising Season
The Stella Borealis is operational from April 1st to December 31st.

Cruising Times – Boarding etc.
We can customize cruise times and hours according to your requirements. Our regular charter rates include 1/2 an hour for boarding, 4 hours of cruising time and 1/2 hour to disembark.

Insurance
The Stella Borealis is fully insured. Negligence and dangerous behaviour on behalf of the passengers is not included in the insurance coverage.

Lifesaving Equipment
The Stella Borealis is fully Canadian Coast Guard certified and according to the CCG regulations has a full complement of adult and childrens’ life jackets and includes certified life rafts, fire-fighting equipment and a motorized tender.

Weather & Rain Policy
We sail whether it rains or shines. In case of the rain, the top features an all-weather retractable roof and the main deck can be fully enclosed and weather protected. In an emergency situation the ship can be returned to port. We would never to put our passengers at risk.

Wheelchair Accessibility
Unfortunately, there is certain limitation for wheelchair access due to ships’ designs as per Transport Canada regulations. Washrooms are located in the lower deck and stairs are not designed to comfortable wheel-chair access.
